I never wanted to leave my babies in a gym's child minding program, so that meant I couldn't join an exercise class. Now I am so glad to have found this alternative! This is a fun way to get back in shape after having a baby -- fun for both me and my son. We both like the music -- I get a workout, and he goes to sleep. If he needs to take a break or nurse, we can do that, and then return to the dances. I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to be with their baby while exercising! |
